Terms and Conditions

Please read through our terms and condition prior purchase.

We will fulfil all of our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act.

All sales are final unless items are found to be damaged or defective. Items with a manufacturing defect must be reported within the stated manufacturers warranty period. We will repair or replace the product at our discretion, and have it shipped back to you within a reasonable time frame.

In the event that the defective item cannot be repaired and a suitable replacement is not available, a full refund will be issued to your nominated credit card or bank account.

No refund or replacement will be given until we have received the returned product. Products must be returned with all original packaging and contents, accompanied with invoice and returns form.

Returned items with signs of physical damage, misuse, unauthorized repair / tampering or tested as not faulty will be returned to the sender.

Speakers and subwoofers with burnt or blackened voice coils are deemed abused or misused, and are therefore not covered by the manufacturers warranty.

The buyer is responsible for compatibility of the product.

Items requiring installation can only be claimed on with proof of professional installation provided.
