Delivery Information

Crystaltree ships out your order as soon as we receive your full payment. We usually do this on the same day. Orders will take 1-3 days if within the North Island and 2-4 days within the South Island. Rural Areas add an additional 2-3days depending on the Courier service provider NZC, NZ POST, PBT, POST HASTE AND CASTLE PARCELS.

Track and trace is available on all parcels.

We cannot accept liability for goods damaged or lost in delivery. However we assist or offer advice to deal with such matter once occurred.
